We are excited to announce that we have completed the acquisition of Boydak Strategy Consulting (BSC) that will allow clients and partners to gain access to an entrepreneurial Swiss team with a wealth of localised knowledge.
BSC was founded in 2003 and became one of the leading independent management consulting brands in Switzerland. For the past two years, Benjamin, Dominic and Mari-Carmen led the company and focused on digital strategy, new business models and organisational transformation. Focused initially on classic strategy development and execution, BSC gradually shifted its emphasis to innovation and digitalisation.
“This is a great next step in our global journey to bring long-lasting impact and growth to our partners and clients. With the acquisition of Boydak Strategy Consulting, our clients and partners have an exceptional and entrepreneurial Swiss team at their fingertips. For us, this forms the nucleus for the growth of our Swiss practice and our long-term partnerships,” said Yogen, our Global Partner and CEO.
Reflecting on the past years, Benjamin, Partner said: “As one of the top boutique consultancies in the Swiss market, we worked with leading name Swiss brands and were recognised last year as among the best consultancies in strategy and human resources in Switzerland.”
“Now we are excited and dedicated to driving the Metyis growth story as it expands to Switzerland. We received the warmest welcome into our new Metyis family, and we are overjoyed to add our team, network and capabilities to this great global firm. We are in the perfect moment to introduce Metyis to the Swiss market and to prosper as one global team while reinventing consulting for the benefit of our clients and partners.” Dominic, Partner, added.
After being approached by the Metyis leadership in late 2020, it quickly became apparent that both entities held an aligned vision for the future of consulting with synchronised company cultures.
“With our values of boldness, entrepreneurship, integrity and passion at BSC, we saw a great cultural alignment as well as a joint aspiration on how to deliver digital transformation to our clients,” said Mari-Carmen, Director. “So joining Metyis was a natural decision.”
Moving forward, the Swiss team is eager to scale the business locally, form lasting bonds within Metyis, and vigorously expand its team of currently ten professionals.
