What you will do  


Web Analytics responsibilities:

  • Manage multiple initiatives to drive site development and clearly communicate learnings to management
  • Improve data quality, integrating data sources and enhancing the data landscape with new sources, tools and approaches
  • Use a variety of tools to extract and analyse data generated by online user activity
  • Support junior team members in their development
  • Track and understand customers’ cohorts to identify patterns to improve purchase frequency
  • Report your findings with data visualisations that are easy to understand
  • Communicate insights and provide solutions that have demonstrable results
  • Work with web development and marketing teams to implement your solutions
  • Understand the behaviour and expectations of online visitors
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in online marketing and design

Planning responsibilities:

  • Support Merchandising and Demand planning teams on
    • Seasonal, NOS and in-season budget and range plans
    • Short-term and long-term sales and margin forecast for O&O and Omnichannel
    • Overall stock by defining the product lifecycle from go-live to clearance
    • Sale and in-season promotional strategy (calendar, assortment and discount) using a Price Optimisation tool
  • Support Supply Chain & IT teams on the definition of Warehouse inbound and outbound forecast

What you’ll bring  

  • 3+ years of work experience in web analytics
  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., informatics, business informatics, engineering)
  • Experience working with programs such as Adobe Analytics, SQL, HTML and Google Analytics
  • Strong communication skills
  • Comfortable working in a highly collaborative and dynamic environment
  • Verbal and written communication skills in English and/or Spanish; ability to communicate to the senior executive levels
