What you will do  

  • A proven performer in native-app marketing, managing app campaigns from creation and optimisation through to performance measurement and reporting, with experience in ASO and web-to-app
  • Take ownership of the test-and-learn roadmap, looking for ways to scale app acquisition across new partnerships and within existing channels (e.g., audience targeting, creative, messaging)
  • Inform and communicate your hypotheses based on insights from quantitative and qualitative sources to develop relevant and effective acquisition strategies
  • Drive channel strategy cross-functionally and influence senior leadership
  • Use your analytical expertise to size opportunities and interpret data to drive actions
  • Develop channel and testing roadmap, determine different phase milestones and priorities
  • Create playbooks and templates for Organic App best practices
  • Utilise understanding of key industry terminology, industry players, and key performance indicators to conclude trends
  • Monitor changes and updates to App Store algorithms and new opportunities provided by operating system updates
  • Lead process improvements and identify opportunities for operation automation
  • Implement reporting and dashboards

What you’ll bring 

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering or Statistics or any other related technical field; or equivalent related professional experience
  • 5+ years of relevant experience in tech and highly analytical environment
  • ASO (keyword and store listing optimisation, product page testing) or SEO knowledge
  • Familiarity with App Store/Google Play algorithm rules
  • Advanced analytical and statistical skills
  • SQL/ Tableau expertise - Python or R is a plus
  • Knowledge of mobile measurement and app analytics platforms such as Branch, Appsflyer, etc.
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills
  • Able to identify methods for collecting data, performing data analyses, articulating findings, and providing recommendations
  • Advanced understanding of testing concepts and knowing how to design a test (draw hypothesis from data observation, test method, sampling, conclude results and learnings)
  • Verbal and written communication skills in English and preferred in Spanish; ability to communicate to the senior executive levels
