What you will do

• Leverage data to develop models & visualizations, using machine learning and advanced analytics techniques
• Translating analyses to compelling presentations
• Interacting directly with clients in meetings, workshops, and presentations
• Helping in creating business models and conceptual frameworks
• Supporting the development of the Swiss office (e.g. business development, marketing, recruiting, thought leadership material)
• Traveling based on project requirements

What you’ll bring

• 0-2 years of experience in the data & analytics domain
• Proven experience working with programming languages & databases (SQL, Phyton and/or R) is required
• Knowledge in Machine Learning algorithms and AI
• Familiarity with consulting firms preferred
• Right to work in Switzerland, willingness to live near Zurich
• Bachelor's or Master’s degree with excellent academic results
• Strong team player that is passionate, reliable, and result-oriented
• Solid business acumen
• An ability to think analytically, break down problems, develop hypotheses and recommendations from data, analysis, and market research
• Excellent English language skills, (Swiss) German preferred
