What you will do

  • Responsible for the development of A/B testing and the MPV testing roadmap following business goals
  • Drive performance that can be measured through KPIs (e.g., conversion rate and customer acquisition)
  • Lead the design of new test concepts to enhance customer experience; iterate on tests based on onsite behaviour analysis, competitor analysis, and customer feedback
  • Manage all tests from ideation through to completion. This will involve setting priorities, generating hypotheses, carrying them out, sharing the results, and ensuring deadlines are reached
  • Takes ownership of Talent Management processes to grow, develop and retain all direct reports
  • Create an agile, highly collaborative way of working with the digital teams
  • Collaborate across departments to ensure that tests (i) are completed on time and (ii) are likely to achieve ROI
  • Give clear instructions to developers, designers, and publishers on test needs and the testing plan deadlines
  • Isolate customer segments to personalise the customer experience
  • Support evaluating data and campaign performance – using several analytics tools – to identify opportunities for further website optimisation and to develop test iterations
  • Specify test requests with a focus on capturing all requirements, identifying and clarifying potential issues and raising concerns where necessary
  • Update stakeholders on test progress and outcomes

What you will bring

  • 6-8 years of experience in CRO
  • Commercial awareness
  • Capable of maintaining a bigger-picture view
  • Excellent planning abilities and the ability to coordinate requirements from many stakeholders
  • Proven ability to collaborate broadly with a flexible, positive attitude and ability to get results
  • Deep understanding of principles, methodologies, and best practices of e-commerce optimisation
  • Mastering all facets of the analytical process, including analysis scoping, results briefing, creation of relevant and actionable suggestions, and results presentation
  • Excellent knowledge of statistics (sample sizes, statistical power, significance, etc.)
  • Experience with A/B and MVT testing tools
  • Experience with Google Analytics
  • Experience with Oracle Maxymiser, Adobe Analytics, Fast Start, and Contentsquare is advantageous
  • Highly numerical and analytical individual with a great command of Excel
  • Verbal and written communication skills in English and/or Spanish; ability to communicate to the senior executive levels
