What you will do  

  • Responsible for all email marketing activities focused solely on customer lifecycle automated trigger programs to boost customer´s frequency of purchase and sales
  • Be an ambassador of CRM across the business: build close relationships with multiple teams
  • Oversee impactful A/B testing procedures on campaigns to help improve and evolve consumer-orientated communication and content strategies
  • Support junior team members and work extensively with SAP CRM, Salesforce Marketing Cloud and/or Ometria and/or ERP to ensure development of campaigns, technical logic, UAT and targeting specifications
  • Lead your team towards process improvements for campaign activity and lead adoption of new ways to improve quality, reduce campaign cycle time and increase output to drive higher automation
  • Coordinate with internal resources and vendors to ensure flawless execution of campaigns
  • Be aware of the new Salesforce Cloud, Ometria or similar platform features
  • Manage and monitor campaign builds and/or QA as needed
  • Create an environment in which team members are able to develop themselves

What you’ll bring  

  • 6-8 years of experience coordinating/managing/specialising in the field of CRM marketing
  • 6-8 years of experience in delivering CRM campaigns within an international or e-commerce brand that drive consumer response
  • Experience working with fashion or lifestyle brands
  • Passion and extensive knowledge of CRM and the digital environment
  • Hands-on experience with SAP CRM, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Ometria or similar
  • Some non-specialist knowledge of HTML
  • Solution-driven approach to business questions and challenges
  • Mobile experience or understanding of mobile trends in campaign execution
  • Verbal and written communication skills in English and Spanish; ability to communicate to the senior executive levels
