What you will do  

  • Campaign Planning & Creation: Conception, coordination and implementation of channel- & category specific planning & creation process of print and digital promotions in cooperation with internal & external interfaces (digital content, global advertising, publishing, merchandise, shop management, agencies).
  • Campaign Execution: Holistic take over of all campaign relevant tasks within the campaign management tool: segmentations, campaign creation, ensurance of availability and validity of attributes, execution of (test-) sendouts; frequent controlling of successful execution ( concerning sendouts in general, target groups, reports).
  • Campaign Controlling: Set-up of campaign calculations (proforma calc) and creation of campaign reports for all campaigns; interpretation of all relevant campaign KPIs from standardized reports, drawing conclusions and identifying optimization potentials.
  • Campaign Development: Strategic development aligned with overall CRM and CRM Campaigning strategy; including technical set-up: test management during UAT test phases (campaign management tool) and set-up of category specific test-cases.
  • Budget Planning & Controlling: Category specific planning of all promotions per country; maintainance of all budget controlling process steps as of solicitation of quotations until invoicing; identifying synergetic effects between categories; recharging process

What you’ll bring  

  • Passion for Lifecycle Campaign Management: A genuine interest in managing lifecycle campaigns and a strong desire to excel in technical and analytical aspects of customer engagement.
  • Campaign Management Experience: knowledge and hands-on experience with campaign management tools, encompassing segmentation, campaign setup, testing, and execution.
  • Campaign Reporting Expertise: experience in campaign reporting, including a deep understanding of key performance indicators (KPIs) and the ability to interpret results to optimize future campaigns. (CTR)
  • Adaptability to Dynamic Environments: Demonstrated preference for a dynamic and forward-oriented professional setting where adaptability and innovation are valued.
  • Fluency in English: Outstanding verbal and written communication skills in English to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
