What you will do

  • Conception, design and development of our 1st party data strategy in the Customer Data Platform based on performance-oriented key figure analyses.
  • Understanding complex business processes and translating business goals and marketing activities into taxonomy, meaningful data segmentation and key results for overarching Omnichannel activities.
  • Identify strategically important data, establishment of key customer segments in the Customer Data Platform (CDP) with a focus on automated and personalized omnichannel campaigns and the delivery of customer-centric marketing activities.
  • Interface between omnichannel business departments and data science team to translate business requirements into data, modelling and and AI analysis requirements.
  • Supporting channel specific campaign management in identifying and configuring new user segments/audiences in our CDP.
  • Evaluation of customer and event data to better understand customer behavior along the customer journey to derive optimization potential for omnichannel touchpoints and channel specific marketing activities.
  • Creation of reports & dashboards, generating insights from data and communicating results effectively to stakeholders.

What you'll bring

  • Successfully completed studies in the field of business engineering, media management, computer science or comparable.
  • In-depth knowledge of Marketing systems and technologies (especially in CDPs, Web Analytics, Data Quality & Management, Tag Management Systems & Data Layers)
  • 3-5 years of professional experience in an agency or specialist marketing area.
  • Experience in designing data models and tracking concepts.
  • Strong skills in machine learning, data mining & exploratory data analysis.
  • Strong conceptual, analytical and strategic skills, ability to easily understand the issues of your internal customers and to lead your tasks with relevance and operational efficiency.
  • You are technically savvy, creative and have communication skills to bridge cross-departmental international teams.
