What you will do

Metyis is growing! We are looking to hire CRO for our Ecommerce Services. We are expanding our eCommerce team in India! Digitalization is one of our top priorities. We want to connect with our consumers at all levels and digitalization is key to achieve that. If you believe in the digital-first philosophy this opportunity is for you!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Driving the CRO (Conversion Rate Optimization) process for key client platforms
  • Creating CRO reports, doing market research of other brands, extracting daily data from GA, analyzing AB test results, and translate them in reports for the platform
  • Create reports for different departments based on online performance. Socialize the reports with the teams and help drive the on-platform change to improve CRO
  • Assist in the creation and analysis of different dashboards related to e-commerce and drive decision making on campaign performance, on-site merchandising and bottom of the funnel discounts

What you’ll bring

  • 2-3 years of experience in eCommerce – preferably in D2C platforms or businesses
  • Advanced level of Excel
  • Good level of PowerPoint is required
  • Experience in Fashion / Beauty would be appreciated
  • Comprehensive knowledge of current and future trends and advancements in the E-commerce industry
  • Good analytical skills with the ability to deliver insights that drive solutions and strategies Strong communication and collaboration skills
  • Proven ability to collaborate broadly with flexible, positive attitude and ability to get results
