What you will do
- Lead the digital analytics team and expand Metyis’ digital capabilities
- Oversee the collection, tracking, mining, and analysis of data to generate fact-based insights
- Translate gathered insights into engaging, actionable, and easy to digest presentations
- Support defined group of stakeholders in setting up performance measurements using digital analytics
- Support implementation and drive optimization of reporting structure within own department
- Build an internal network to increase knowledge of the digital ecosystem
What you’ll bring
- Bachelor’s degree in Analytics, Business, or similar
- 8+ years of work experience in analytics or similar with 3+ years as a team manager
- Ability to think both short-term (execution), and long-term (strategy & planning)
- Solid project management skills, including the ability to run multiple projects at once
- Experience with digital marketing in a brand environment
- Experience with analytics tools and disciplines (web, Ecom, social, mobile, sentiment, paid media, SEO, SEM, CRM, SQL, etc.)
- Experience in E-commerce, Retail or Management Consulting
- Good presentation skills and storytelling
