As a Digital Content Producer, you will work on e-commerce platforms across a diverse spectrum of industries. You will be responsible for the organization, adaptation and publication of content, as well as the interaction with different stakeholders within the company — from Marketing and Design to Business and Development teams. meetings, as required.
Organize the platforms’ multi-media content universe, to optimize findability and scalability, in a way that reflects the Content Strategy defined for the platform;
Adapt multi-media content — from design/marketing — for various languages/markets and viewports;
Upload and maintain content to the various platforms, according to the pre-defined publication calendar;
Document standards, best-practices and procedures to ensure a good maintenance and smooth hands-off.
You must have, at least, 3 years of work experience as a Digital Content Producer
You must have previous experience working with Salesforce
You must have basic knowledge of HTML/CSS
You must have basic knowledge of image editing software
Previous experience with other CRM and CMS is a plus
Ability to work in English - with strong written and oral communication skills (mandatory)
Spanish written and oral communication skills are a plus
Willingness to travel for business meetings, as required.
