What you will do 

  • Collect, track, clean and analyze eCommerce data to generate fact-based insights based on a deep understanding of the eCommerce business. Create views on how to increase reach, engagement, buy, and advocacy throughout the journey.
  • Translate gathered insights into engaging, actionable, and easy-to-digest insights presentations including visualization.
  • Solving problems, defining scope, disaggregate issues, develop hypotheses, and develop actionable recommendations from data and analysis
  • Applying results-driven approach and solutions; able to architect solutions with the tech team
  • Thrive in a fast-paced environment, adapt quickly, and take ownership of your work
  • Provide guidance to more junior members of the team. 

What you’ll bring

  • 2+ years of professional work experience in the eCommerce / analytics domain
  • Solid skills with project management, prioritization, and time management
  • Proficiency in MS Office (especially MS Excel and MS PowerPoint).
  • Preferably expertise in analysis in the field of marketing analytics or CLM/CRM analytics
  • Strong hands-on experience in Python and SQL
  • Basic experience with analytics tools and disciplines (web, eCom, app, social, mobile, sentiment, paid media, SEO, SEM, CRM, etc.), e.g. Adobe Analytics (Omniture), Google Analytics, AppsFlyer, and Amplitude
  • Basic experience with databases and SQL, visualization techniques, and data analysis tool(s), e.g. Tableau
  • Business level expertise in English is a must, Proficiency in Dutch is preferred
  • To be based in Amsterdam and open to travel on project demand across Europe
