Metyis is growing! We are looking for an experienced eCommerce Director to join our Hugo Boss Digital Campus team.
Set-up the eCommerce practice within Hugo Boss Digital Campus in Porto
Enable the acceleration of digital selling for Hugo Boss to achieve its ambitious targets
Create a state-of-the-art ecommerce capability
Steer, advise and consult on the Hugo Boss Digital Roadmap
Build, develop and manage the team (>30 FTE’s in 2022)
Create an agile, highly collaborative way of working with the digital teams
Act as a central point of contact for eCommerce to senior management of Hugo Boss
Steer the business, analytics, and technology teams to offer the best-in-class user experience and interface for Hugo Boss through continuous redesign
Accelerate the pace of digital innovation with high-impact insights enhancing decision making across the entire organization
Oversee (advanced) analytics projects that help channels to become more profitable
Closely collaborate with management of other business units at Hugo Boss
Monitor and oversee the planning and development of eCommerce projects to ensure the targets are met in accordance with deadlines
10+ years of work experience in eCommerce, in comparable leadership roles, with clear and demonstrable P&L experience and strong operational rigor
Experience of a fast growth, in an international and matrixed corporate environment
Must be consumer focused
Experienced in leading ecommerce, tech and analytics teams and roadmaps
Strong in structured and logical thinking, problem solving, issue resolution, and attention to detail
Exceptional analytical skills - ability to generate insight from complex analytics and make digestible to the masses
Demonstrated strength in digital optimization on websites, mobiles devices and digital marketing vehicles
Strong organizational and process management skills
Strong team building and developer of people
Proven ability to collaborate broadly with flexible, positive attitude and ability to get results
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills; ability to communicate to the senior executive levels
