What you will do

  • Ensure smooth end2end customer order experience through various Ecom platforms globally.
  • Monitoring of operative Ecom processes. Troubleshooting and coordination of bug fixes in close collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Analyse SLAs and create reports based on business needs. Initiate and drive data-based decisions and enhancements.
  • Support the team in various operative onsite communication activities and transactional emails to ensure an outstanding customer experience.
  • Work closely together with external providers such as 3PLs and global enablers to ensure smooth order processes.

What you’ll bring

  • Understand Ecom customer needs and impacts - SLA (Service-level agreement).
  • Understanding of Ecom KPIs and reflecting them into own priorities.
  • Strong understanding of stakeholder management and ability to maintain effective collaboration.
  • Self-starter attitude and willingness to take ownership.
  • Willingness to make decisions and come up with own solutions.
  • Process and IT Affinity.

Nice to have 

  • Fluency in other (European) languages besides English, such as German, Spanish, or French.
  • Experience within the retail and fashion industry.
  • Experience within international environments, consultancies, or a start-up environment.
