The Executive Assistant will be working from the Global Headquarters in Amsterdam.
As an Executive Assistant you will support exciting processes and partnerships that provide long-term direction for our clients globally.
You will assist 4 partners who can be characterized as an open, fast paced, and organized person who connects well with other people. In this role there will be a lot of interaction with key stakeholders, and you will be gathering relevant management information and data to facilitate decision-making processes at board level.
You are an experienced assistant, used to working in a dynamic fast-growing company. You have excellent time management skills, resulting in an efficient way of managing the complex calendar of the partners. You are always a step ahead making sure the partners have what they need for their presentations and for his travel arrangements. You will work closely with another EAs to ensure smooth operation of administration processes.
The role would suit a professional, sparkling Executive Assistant with an open mind, who is used to always upholding the utmost confidentiality, along with the ability to plan, prioritize and work with deadlines.
What does your day look like?
Complex calendar management: planning and arranging internal and external meetings in a fast-paced, multicultural environment with multiple stakeholders
Process the inbox and undertake actions when required
Proactively communicating with the partners to ensure priorities are understood and that diary reflects this
Co-ordination and organization of travel, hotels, restaurants
Gathering management information and prepare presentations when needed
Working closely together with different colleagues to establish and ensure smooth administrative processes
Bachelor’s degree in business management, or similar
At least 3 years of experience in a similar position in an international, dynamic environment
Excellent knowledge of digital tools
Excellent organization and time management skills
Good social skills, sharp eye for details
Good sense of humor and great team working skills
