What you will do

  • Providing administrative support to senior executives, including scheduling appointments, managing emails, and handling phone calls.

  • Coordinating and arranging travel and lodging for executives and clients.

  • Providing exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders.

  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records, files, and databases.

What you’ll bring

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • Fluent in Dutch (preferred) or has excellent English oral and written communication skills.
  • 1-2 years of executive assistant or hospitality management experience (Front Office, Guest Services or Sales) preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software programs.
