What you will do

  • You will provide high-level administrative and organizational support to the Leadership team.
  • Provide full time support to two of our Executive Board Members & Senior Partners.
  • Heavy interaction with with key stakeholders.
  • Complex calendar management: planning and arranging internal and external meetings in a fast-paced, multicultural environment with multiple stakeholders.
  • Make travel arrangements; including booking flights and hotels, car rentals and restaurants as well as handling all paperwork related to passports and business visas as needed.
  • Acting as the point of contact between the executives and internal or external stakeholders.
  • Support with Partners' inbox management, as requested per Partner.
  • Organizing domestic and international travel arrangements, including flights, hotels, restaurants, car rental.
  • Preparing and submitting expense reports.
  • Organizing team dinners and events.
  • Working closely together with the Leadership Support team and other colleagues.
  • Ad hoc duties as needed.

What you’ll bring

  • Between 0-2 years of experience as an assistant.
  • Strong agenda management skills.
  • Fluent English (and Dutch, preferably).
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Teams, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word).
  • Excellent organization and time management skills.
  • You love to take initiative and you are a team player but also able to work independently.
  • A ‘can do’ attitude / flexible attitude to the role.
  • Willingness to learn and grow.
  • Good sense of humor.
