What you will do

  • You will provide full-time support to five of our Senior Partners in the Amsterdam office.
  • Heavy interaction with with key stakeholders.
  • Complex calendar management: planning and arranging internal and external meetings in a fast-paced, multicultural environment with multiple stakeholders
  • Make travel arrangements; including booking flights and hotels, car rentals and restaurants as well as handling all paperwork related to passports and business visas as needed
  • Acting as the point of contact between the executives and internal or external stakeholders
  • Support with Partners' inbox management, as requested per Partner
  • Managing information flow in a timely and accurate manner
  • Support legal representative(s) in handling confidential documents and obtaining contract approvals and signatures
  • Organizing global board meetings, making plans, and monitoring ongoing action points
  • Proactively communicating with the partners to ensure priorities are understood
  • Working closely together with the Leadership Support team and other colleagues

What you’ll bring

  • At least 3 – 5 years of experience in a similar position in an international, dynamic environment
  • Excellent administrative & organizational skills
  • Fluent English (and Dutch, preferably)
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Teams, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word)
  • Excellent organization and time management skills
  • You love to take initiative and you are a team player but also able to work independently
  • Consultancy industry experience is advantageous but not essential
  • Good social skills and a sharp eye for details
  • Good sense of humor
