What you will do  

  • Look after the recruitment, development and retention of talent
  • Develop and implement a talent management strategy
  • Develop the talent management system and keep it up-to-date
  • Manage and oversee the recruitment process
  • Conduct interviews with talents to qualify their technical and social skills
  • Support talents through career coaching and planning
  • Look after the company culture and team building
  • Engage with talents and our talent community

What you’ll bring  

  • 5+ years of working experience as a Talent Manager, HR Manager or other HR executive
  • Degree in Human Resources or related field
  • In-depth knowledge of labour law and HR best practices
  • Understanding of how modern teams function
  • Outgoing and friendly people-person who loves to network
  • Proven experience in conducting interviews
  • Good organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Strong entrepreneurial mindset and passion for growth
  • People-oriented and results-driven
  • Demonstrable experience with HR metrics
  • Knowledge of HR systems and databases
  • Excellent active listening, negotiation and presentation skills
  • Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company
  • Verbal and written communication skills in English and Spanish; ability to communicate to the senior executive level
