What you will do  

  • Develop the vision and organizational design of the digital partner sales function for the Metyis Digital Commerce Practice
  • Drive the optimization, efficiency, and effectiveness of our client's digital sales strategy, management, and execution
  • Oversee all digital partner sales strategies, activities, and projects throughout all our offices and clients, to the extent of launching new platforms.
  • Actively manage a team of one of our clients driving wholesale and direct 3PP sales (see JD)
  • Set up best practice analytics, performance marketing, SEO, and content management
  • Create insights to improve the product life cycle and efficiency
  • Lead the digital marketing function in our partnerships
  • Drive the recruitment and operationalization of specialists across clients and locations
  • Oversee the teams and solidify the quality of the Metyis delivery
  • (Support in) the selection of solutions
  • Ensure Metyis and its clients are always on the forefront of new trends, updates, and market realities

What you’ll bring  

  • 10+ years of experience, leading digital sales in a mid-to-large size international company
  • Experienced in managing teams and roadmaps.
  • Experienced in trading, merchandising, performance marketing, and tech.
  • Entrepreneurial spirit and international mindset
  • Strong in structured and logical thinking, problem-solving, issue resolution, and attention to detail
  • Exceptional analytical skills - ability to generate insight from complex situations and make it digestible to the masses
  • Demonstrated strength in digital optimization and digital platforms
  • Strong organizational and process management skills
  • Strong team building and developer of people
  • Proven ability to collaborate broadly with a flexible, positive attitude and ability to get results
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills; ability to communicate to the senior executive levels
