What you will do  

  • Product selection:
    • Prepare pre-selection analysis
    • Provide a macro forecast proposal
    • Define optimal seasonal selection for marketplaces globally
    • Set up sales plan marketplace products
    • Assortment proposal by partner based on sales analysis, qualitative feedback from partners and global merchandising strategy
    • Support the client brands’ buying teams providing key input and further analysis for all marketplace partners

  • Sales and stock optimization:
    • Proactively manage stock to optimize sales and ST
    • Weekly stock review reporting and recommendations
    • Management and follow-up of day to day transfers and partners’ requests
    • Management and follow up of monthly rebalancing to optimize seasonal ST
    • Monitor stock action plans and help to roll-out best practices for all partners
    • Marketplace stock allocation
    • Designate initial allocation per partner for each season
    • Develop and communicate to partners launch documents (qualitative and quantitative information)
    • Designate and review on a regular basis minimum quantity by product and by partner and liaise with logistics to distribute to partners available stock according to these established standards
    • Liaise with VM team to ensure the adequation between allocation and VM needs
    • New partners’ allocation and deliveries follow up

  • Business Analysis:
    • Weekly, Monthly and End of season sales analysis (quantitative and qualitative)
    • Implement close relationship with partner teams
    • Produce and update reports and analysis of sales and partner performance
    • Gather qualitative product feedback
    • Track and analyse selling trends

What you’ll bring  

  • 3-5 years’ experience in a similar role, preferably in luxury fashion e-commerce
  • Excellent numeric and analytical skills with in- depth knowledge of Excel
  • Detail oriented, proactive, dynamic and well organized with a capacity to adapt to a fast-moving environment.
  • Ability to prioritise and be able to multitask
  • Strong Sense of International Fashion and trends
  • A real passion for our brands
  • Excellent communication skills both in English and Spanish
  • Good team player and ability to work on your own with high levels of motivation
  • Full understanding of the merchandising function and eager to create a positive impact
