What you will do

  • You will be the face of the company; welcoming our guests and employees and making sure they are served properly. On top of that, you will support our Partners in the Amsterdam office.
  • You will answer the main phone, take care of the mail/packages and keep the reception and repro areas orderly. Our office has several meeting rooms that need to be managed and coordinated, so you must be flexible and solution-oriented while ensuring everything runs smoothly. You’re not alone in this, together with our Office Manager we make sure all partners and colleagues are well taken care of and able to do what they do best.
  • Make travel arrangements; including booking flights and hotels, car rentals and restaurants as well as handling all paperwork related to passports and business visas as needed
  • Respond to all incoming email addresses from multiple inboxes.
  • Proactively communicating with employees to ensure priorities are understood
  • Support with the organization of office meetings and events
  • Working closely together with the secretary team and other colleagues

What you’ll bring

  • Some work experience in a similar position in an international, dynamic environment is preferred
  • Must speak and is excellent well-written in Dutch and good in English
  • You love to take initiative and you are a team player but also able to work independently.
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Teams, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word)
  • Good organization and time management skills
  • Good social skills and a sharp eye for details
  • Good sense of humor
