What you will do

  • Execute and oversee on-site merchandising activities, including improving customer experience, product visibility (PLP), conversion and finally, net sales by co-creating and applying the right merchandising KPIs
  • Optimise PLPs, Product Detail Pages (PDP), filter(s), navigation, search, structure through product group analyses, engagement, data enrichments, and seasonality
  • Drive efficiency and quality improvement by analysing processes/systems and best practices, pursuing effective structures and ways of working, and drive alignment across Site Merchandising
  • Execute and oversee A/B test analyses on site performance, and derive insights accordingly to improve future strategies
  • Be responsible for product listing and product detail pages in terms of analytics, UI and UX improvements
  • Be up-to-date with the competitive landscape, industry trends and other new site merchandising opportunities (e.g., new systems)
  • Collaborate with technical teams to improve tools used and drive on-site experience improvements
  • Be responsible for evolving different operational processes and help in the prioritisation of strategies based on results

What you will bring

  • 3+ years experience in merchandising, digital marketing, and/or e-commerce operations
  • Proficiency in Site Merchandising systems (PIM, Smart Merchandiser, Fredhopper)
  • Knowledge of using Business analytical tools (e.g., Microsoft Office, Excel, PowerPoint, CMS)
  • Knowledge of E-commerce platforms (Salesforce, VTEX, Shopify) is a plus
  • Experience in Fashion/Beauty is a plus
  • Adobe Analytics skills
  • Commercial awareness
  • Strong analytical skills and fact-based orientation in decision making 
  • Ability to work effectively within a team environment
  • Verbal and written communication skills in English and preferred in Spanish; ability to communicate to the senior executive levels
