What you will do

  • You create, manage & drive the vision for the Order Management System (OMS) product
  • You liaise with all stakeholders and ensure the solution grows in line with business vision and objectives.
  • You understand the functionality of the product and are constantly in touch with the vendor team to be clear on roadmap.
  • You understand end consumer needs and bring that feedback into use cases for the product.
  • You develop presentations, analyses and other means to champion for creating maximum value
  • Manage, prioritize and own the backlog in alignment with the Product Owner with an intent to create an excellent experience for the customer to deliver the overall strategy/roadmap
  • Work independently within the product team as a Business Owner with different stakeholders to finalize concepts and make relevant business decisions for topics in the product backlog, planning for current and future sprints
  • Collaborate with members of the Scrum team to own and deliver the best possible concept for a prioritized topic, including testing ownership of a business concept
  • Monitor overall targets after delivering a feature and suggest further areas for improvement in your product
  • Align business requirements and proactively communicate prioritized decisions and sprint deliverables of the product team across various stakeholders
  • Present yourself as the product expert within our and work closely together with different teams across countries to support them with relevant business configurations and align on product features being developed
  • Use your passion for eCommerce to define, understand and determine industry-wide benchmarks used for suggesting, implementing, and supporting new ideas for process and product improvements to the product team

What you’ll bring

  • Bachelor's degree, preferably in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related discipline; or equivalent experience
  • Experience of working with a standard OMS solution like Blue Yonder, Manhattan, IBM etc
  • 3-5 years of relevant experience in managing Order Management or allied systems in a e-commerce/omnichannel environment. Fashion industry/Retail background would be beneficial
  • Expertise in bringing people together towards a common goal
  • Experience working within mature and immature agile teams as a team member or in a lead/facilitating role.
  • Experience helping teams to incrementally evolve their ways of working by empowering them to select & adopt new practices for successful outcomes
  • Experience of stabilizing and optimizing the flow of work using visualization, empiricism and coaching techniques
  • Understanding of desirable culture in a cross-functional team and the dysfunctions of a team that can impede success
  • Agile methodologies and certifications, specifically #Kanban, #Disciplined Agile and/or #ICAgile
  • Knowledge of other methods (e.g. Scrum, SAFe, LeSS, XP) is of interest but not required
  • Working with teams using #agile coaching & delivery techniques
  • Shaping experiments and larger changes for clients to implement as part of a wider transformation journey
  • Proficiency with JIRA, Confluence and related tracking tools
  • Strong written and oral communication skills in English
  • Willingness to travel for business meetings, as required
