What you will do

The Platform Specialist person will be responsible to manage the online stores and other platforms as a PIM, CMS or Emailing tool.

  • Learning and understanding the SalesForce Commerce Cloud web application functionality and other tools that we use in the Digital department
  • Test of our Online Stores across browsers, operating systems, and devices
  • Perform day to day Salesforce administrative tasks and address production support issues
  • Daily Check system performance, orders, returns and other tasks
  • Create, update, and track fix tasks managed by our development team (we use Jira)
  • Checking and evaluating for any issues with the operation of the new applications with the existing system software and applications
  • Working together with other Digital teams to deliver new digital projects and maintain current projects.
  • Create and update all documentation related with the platforms (we use Confluence)

What you’ll bring

  • Minimum 1 year of experience of admin managing ecommerce platforms like Magento, Shopify, SAP Hybris or SalesForce Commerce cloud
  • Experience working with Excel
  • (Nice to have) Experience on Jira and Confluence software
  • Fluency in English required. Minimum level: B2
  • Nice to have) Salesforce Commerce Cloud experience
  • You must be a very organized, analytical and proactive person
