What you will do
- Support in the design and delivery of complex, enterprise level solutions from a business process standpoint (multiple brands, apparel, footwear, and accessories)
- Define and interpret complex business requirements related to the product life cycle, translate requirements into functional system solutions and recommend best solution from business perspective taking into account strategic business goals and successful end-user adoption
- Coordinate and lead workshops for requirements definition and process harmonization and optimization
- Support business solution implementation with estimated project scope, costs, duration, and resource requirements in written proposals
- Develop and deliver PLM training materials
- Complete exposure to product development processes
- Communicate with management and stakeholders
What you’ll bring
- Good understanding of retail, footwear and apparel industry related product development processes, incl. detailed business process analysis/ re-engineering
- Experience working with PLM (Product Lifecycle Management) systems/solutions as a user or as a product owner:
- Excellent client communication skills, the ability to understand client requirements/processes and management expertise for large scale Product Development and PLM design and deployment
- Project management and good organization skills
- Strong oral and written communication skills, including presentation skills (MS PowerPoint) in English
- Nice-to-have:
- Knowledge of several industry specific and leading solution providers (e.g. Centric, ptc FlexPLM, DeSL, preferably not “married” to one single solution provider)
- System configuration (and or customization) experience
- Spanish
