What you will do

Managing global customer engagement projects to transform the business in an international context in close collaboration with IT
Establishing a structured approach using classic and agile project methods. Making decisions within the framework of the project mandate.
Creating and communicating requirements. Coordination and preparation of functional and technical solution alternatives with a long-term orientation, as well as preparation of decision documents.
Preparation and chairing of project-relevant meetings as well as management meetings for decision making
Driving forward innovative and highly complex process changes and system implementations
Identify and manage all relevant project risks, ensure scope and project budget. Ensuring the achievement of the economic targets, timeline and quality objectives and controlling of resources.

What you’ll bring

5+ years of IT experience delivery on large, complex projects in a consulting environment, including end-to-end participation in at least 2 projects
Strong knowledge and experience with the full systems lifecycle covering requirements, design, development, testing, and delivery of n-tier architectures in agile delivery approaches
Experience in leading engineering teams working in a collaborative environment with teams working across geographies
Proven experience with designing and implementing microservices architecture
Expertise with cloud implementation
Proven track record of delivering on time and within budget
Extensive experience in client-facing and/or consulting roles
Ability to work independently while receiving direction from multiple leadership areas; Ability to think creatively and work effectively with senior project team members
