What you will do

Responsible for creation of Quality Assurance strategy; analyse ongoing testing procedures and requirements; and monitor team members’ compliance.
Responsible for establishment of standards and procedures for testing products to determine their quality and readiness for release.
Develop, drive, and execute test plans and test cases based on requirements gathered from product owners and stakeholders.
Drive creation, maintenance, and running of automation and performance test scripts that adhere to industry standards on design patterns/architecture and tools.
Execute development of test plans and test cases based on requirements gathered from product owners and stakeholders.
Identify risks and interdependencies prior to releases to minimise the impact on daily business operations.
Work alongside Product and Engineering to analyse design specs and detect potential issues in the early stages of development.
Support diverse teams on Manual and Automated Testing best practices.

What you’ll bring

4+ years of QA experience.
Bachelor or Master Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or Business Informatics.
Experience in both manual and automation testing.
Ability to innovate and to effectively deal with rapid change in a positive manner.
Excellent analytical thinking, problem-solving, organizational, and time management skills.
Strong initiative, proactive and ability to meet deadlines.
Strong written and oral communication skills in English.
Willingness to travel for business meetings, as required.
