What you will do

Lead and coordinate test management activities for Global Customer Engagement (GCE) digital products and projects.

Responsible for establishment of standards and procedures for testing products to determine their quality and readiness for release, along with Business and IT teams.

Definition, planning and organization of User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities.
Document and continuously improve UAT processes.
Support test design, execution and reporting throughout the UAT stage of each release.
Drive test automation practices and strategies for UAT.
Identify risks and interdependencies prior to releases to minimise the impact on daily business operations.
Guidance and distribution of the defined best practices in the team.
Support diverse teams on manual and automated testing, as needed.
Guide and mentor junior team members.

What you’ll bring

Willingness to travel for business meetings whenever required.

3+ years of experience as test manager.

Bachelor or Master degree in Information Systems, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
Test management and ideally project management expertise (minimum 2 years).
Experience with agile methodologies (e.g. Scrum, Kanban).
Excellent understanding of Ecommerce system architecture and data structure as well as good analytical & organizational skills.
Good written and oral communication skills, as well as presentation skills, in order to exchange with senior technology and business stakeholders.
Experience with project and test management technologies such as Azure DevOps and Jira.
Experience with Microsoft Office, Smartsheet, SAP and Salesforce Commerce Cloud.
Experience with test automation for frontend and backend in Ecommerce.
Knowledge of Tricentis Tosca for test automation is a plus.
Being a certified tester is a plus.
