What you will do

  • End to end recruitment for business strategy roles from campus till experienced professionals and potentially tech roles (if there is interest) at Metyis at international level
  • Besides recruitment you will also be involved in attracting talent for other offices, setting up offices in new countries and improving everything that is involved in recruitment/HR (onboarding, integrating HR-ATS system, international campus strategy creation and execution).
  • Implementing the recruiting strategy and sourcing candidates using different sourcing channels: direct approach, referrals, social media platforms, job boards and others
  • Briefing and managing agencies when needed
  • Managing the recruiting process ensuring a good candidate experience, a rapid and consistent process across the different offices
  • Managing key stakeholder relationships (partners, consultants) as a trusted partner and valued advisor, building a deep understanding of both Metyis businesses, role requirements and desired candidate profiles
  • Acting as the local point of contact, making sure new joiners are onboarded well and helping team members navigate across the organization
  • Leading new projects and initiatives to improve the recruiting process

What you’ll bring 

  • Up to 3 years of candidate sourcing and recruiting experience in the business and/or digital space
  • Process management and ability with dealing with multiple tasks at once
  • Performing successfully in a fast-paced and intellectually environment
  • Using your creativity and persistence to source candidates in pools where competition is high
  • Influencing and driving strategy through your strong business acumen, intellectual curiosity, judgement, and advisory skills
  • Being naturally proactive and quality-driven
  • Fluency in English and Dutch, both verbally and in writing
