What you will do

  • Update recruiting procedures or create new procedures
  • Implement metrics and lead hiring results and create a data-driven approach to reporting on progress toward targets and provide insights
  • Supervise, coach, and lead the recruiting team
  • Search for and enforce new sourcing methods to find job candidates
  • Suggest ways to improve the employer's brand
  • Research the best job advertising techniques
  • Advise hiring managers on proper interviewing methods
  • Managing key stakeholder relationships (partners, consultants) as a trusted partner and valued advisor, building a deep understanding of both Metyis businesses, role requirements, and desired candidate profiles
  • Leading new projects and initiatives to improve the recruiting process
  • Lead employer branding initiatives

What you’ll bring

  • 10+ years of successful experience in the technology/data recruitment out of which a minimum of 5 years of experience in leading recruitment teams
  • Proven experience in scaling up businesses on the recruitment side
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Ability to make sound decisions quickly and efficiently
  • Ability to prioritize and manage time efficiently
  • Ability to perform successfully in a fast-paced environment
  • Influencing and driving strategy through your strong business acumen, intellectual curiosity, judgment, and advisory skills
  • Being naturally proactive, quality and data-driven
  • Fluency in English both verbally and in writing
