What you will do

  • Contribute to the development and execution of Metyis’ marketing and communication strategy to improve brand awareness amongst tech talent
  • Support the Communication and Recruitment teams in creating and uniformizing content, and implementing initiatives (offline and digital) to attract the best talent within digital, big data & analytics, eCommerce, technology, and strategy
  • Ensure Metyis’ brand voice and cohesiveness of Metyis messages across all talent channels (LinkedIn jobs, Website careers page, Glassdoor, etc) 
  • Identify and coordinate potential partnerships with universities and other external parties to attract tech talent
  • Support the Communication and HR teams to implement internal initiatives and create content aligned with the employer value proposition (EVP)
  • Develop internal HR communication materials, such as open enrolment materials, goal and performance review initiatives, and summaries of benefits, and distribute them through Metyis’ internal communication channels
  • Implement, conduct, facilitate, and/or analyze results of employee morale and retention initiatives
  • Build trusted working relationships with all stakeholders
  • Provide analytics, insights, and campaign case studies to adapt strategies and maximize their effectiveness

What you’ll bring

  • 4-5 years of experience in Talent Marketing and Communication and/or Employer Branding
  • Experience in implementing marketing and communication strategies within a global environment to attract talent according to a brand’s core values
  • Experience in implementing employer branding initiatives according to a brand’s core values
  • Skills in developing metrics, analyzing data, and presenting results to stakeholders
  • Capacity to forge relationships across the business and willingness to engage with internal and external stakeholders
  • Native English-speaking proficiency
  • Excellent communication and organization skills with a willingness to collaborate with teams across functions
  • Degree in Marketing, Communications, Human Resources, or comparable education
  • Good knowledge of the European talent market within digital, big data & analytics, strategy, eCommerce, and technology - its challenges and best practices
