What you will do

  • Support with organizing of team and client events.
  • Support legal representative(s) in handling confidential documents and obtaining contract approvals and signatures.
  • Proactively communicating with the partners to ensure the internal processes run smoothly.
  • Planning travel accommodations, booking flights, hotels, car rentals, and coordinating activities, Managing and processing all documentation, including payments, itineraries, visas, medical, and legal forms.
  • Supporting the global recruiting team to help grow our local team.
  • Supporting the global accounting team with the preparation of monthly management reports and communication to the tax advisors.
  • Accurate and quality-minded person
  • You feel comfortable to work and communicate in English and German 

What you’ll bring

Experience: Prior experience as an Administrative Assistant or Office Manager. Excellent computer skills, including a high degree of proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.

Hospitality mindset: You should have a natural inclination to take care of others, make them feel comfortable and welcome, and anticipate their needs.

Loves to take care: You should enjoy providing exceptional service to others and take pride in ensuring their needs are met.
