What you will do 

  • Responsible for testing resource planning and effort estimation as well as coordinating all testing roles and release activities. 
  • Define, implement and maintain a new holistic test structure, test processes and test documentation for a Campaign Management System. 
  • Develop comprehensive test plans and test cases, tailored to address specific business needs and use cases. 
  • Conduct end-to-end business testing to ensure seamless integration and smooth workflow between various system components and departments.
  • Create and prepare testing data, execute test cases and ensure that all test results are correctly documented in the test system. 
  • Develop and maintain a tester training and train testers and create and maintain Release documentation to be understood for different company levels. 
  • Perform and manage Functional and Integration testing with third parties via agreed test plan and ensuring defects/issues are resolved by third parties within timeline. 
  • Collaborate closely with IT, key users and product owner to understand business requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria. Coordinate BUG fixing from BU side. 
  • Data quality tasks: including data crosschecks and data management with other departments. 
  • Monitor and report the status and progress of each test phase to different stakeholders and assure test quality.
  • Support in operative Campaign Management and team support.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, business best practices, and emerging technologies to propose innovative testing approaches.

What you’ll bring

• Bachelor's degree or several years of experience in Computer Science, Project Management, Information Systems, or a related field.

• Proven experience as a Business Test manager with a strong understanding of business processes and workflows.

• Founded experience of working with Campaign Management Software required.

• Experience in test planning and strategies with a strong understanding of test management processes, automation, design techniques, and best practice.

• Previous experience in Customer Relationship Management is a plus.

• Proficiency in creating test scenarios, test cases, and test data that reflect real-world business scenarios.

• Familiarity with bug tracking systems.

• Experience in manual testing techniques, as well as exposure to automated testing tools and frameworks.

• Effective communication with the ability to liaise between technical and non-technical stakeholders.

• Fluent in English, knowledge of other languages is a plus but not mandatory.

• Strong organizational and time management skills to prioritize testing efforts based on business needs.

• Knowledge in Azure DevOps and Microsoft Dynamics CRM is an advantage.
