Anish Patel is a Senior Partner and Executive Board Member leading the global advisory practice and the UK practice as an expert on strategy development, operations improvement and delivering change. Before joining Metyis, Anish founded and ran his own successful consultancy for over 10 years and previously held senior consulting roles at two global consultancies. He lives in London with his wife, two daughters, and dog. Anish enjoys spending time with family and friends, travelling, cycling, skiing, golf, and red wine.

José Antonio (JAB) is an experienced Partner with a strong focus on the automotive and banking sectors. He excels in leading large-scale transformation projects and supports clients in achieving sustainable, long-lasting results through his collaborations. José heads our Spanish offices and oversees the expansion of our firm in Latin America (LATAM) and the Middle East. José is married, a father of two daughters and enjoys travelling with his family.

Bart van Dun is a Partner at Metyis. He is passionate about blending strategy with hands-on (digital) transformation, and has a strong track-record at both top-tier global strategy consulting firm and boutique digital ‘business building’ firm. Bart is experienced in top-line growth across industries with a focus on B2B across Europe, Middle East, and Asia. He is intrinsically motivated to work shoulder-to-shoulder with clients and their teams to create business value. Bart is a father of four, and loves to spend his time with his family, and socialising and cooking with friends.

Chanda Yarborough is a strategy and execution consultant with over 20 years' experience working with global consulting companies. After graduating from Georgetown University in Washington, D.C., she worked for a leading multinational strategy and technology consulting firm for more than 17 years in the US, India, and Spain. Chanda developed international experience designing organisations and operating models, as well as managing complex programmes and projects for clients and internal organisations. In 2018, Chanda joined our team in Amsterdam, leveraging data to access the full potential of businesses and drive long-lasting change. Chanda has two children and enjoys exploring new cities and cultures. 

Chanda Yarborough

Dominic Olonetzky is a strategy consultant with extensive experience in customer-centric and technology-driven business models as well as high-growth strategies. He has advised several companies on strategic developments, building new business models, leveraging new technologies and driving innovation. Dominic's specialisation lies in the pharmaceutical, life science, healthcare and manufacturing industries. Dominic is a seasoned business leader and entrepreneur. He was part of the global digital leadership team at a big four before joining Metyis. Dominic studied at the University of St. Gallen (HSG) and the London School of Economics. He is an art enthusiast and, in his spare time, a hobby chef.


Dominic Olonetzky

Sasha Wijeyesekera joined Metyis in September 2022 as a Partner and leads the Italian practice. A recognised leader in digital strategy, transformation, and data-driven marketing, he began his career by founding a digital consultancy firm, which he led for 11 years before taking on senior roles in major corporations. Prior to joining Metyis, Sasha built a new business line for the media and entertainment industry from the ground up. Based in Milan, he is married and a father of four. In his free time, he enjoys spending time with family and friends, playing musical instruments, skiing, and grilling.

Sasha Wijeyesekera

Francisco has more than 20 years of experience in strategy consulting within the energy, utilities, and infrastructure sectors. He has a particular focus on growth strategies, business digitalization, organisational transformation, and new venture development in the context of the energy transition. In his career, he has supported CxOs in creating strategic value by helping companies accelerate the impact of their transformation programs. He holds a degree in Industrial Engineering from UPC, as well as executive education from IESE, Stanford School of Business, and Instituto de Empresa. Francisco is passionate about working with entrepreneurs. In his free time, he enjoys hiking and long after-dinner talks with his family and friends.

Laura Ron is a financial services consultant with more than 10 years of expertise in strategy and execution projects for the main Spanish Financial companies. She is a Director based in Madrid office, covering strategic projects for banks, real estate, fintechs and insurance companies. She enjoys spending time with her family and friends and travelling to discover new countries and cultures.

Robert Nagle has over 15 years working in the Retail and Consumer industry as both an employee and an advisor. He has a breadth of experience, with particular expertise in Business Strategy, Analytics, Operating Models, and Business Change. He really enjoys collaborating to tackle complex problems, delivering pragmatic and elegant solutions, and always putting the customer first. He is husband and father to three fun but demanding girls. In his spare time, he enjoys running, chess, squash, and coffee.
