What you will do

  • Perform data analysis in the field of customer and product analytics, marketing analytics, and (Gen)AI solutions.
  • Conduct analyses in typical analytical tools ranging from SAS, SPSS, Eviews, R, Python, SQL, Teradata, Hadoop, Access, Excel, etc.
  • Communicate analyses via compelling presentations.
  • Solve problems, disaggregate issues, develop hypotheses and develop actionable recommendations from data and analysis.
  • Prepare and facilitating workshops.
  • Manage stakeholders and communicating with executives.

What you’ll bring

  • Bachelor or Master (or Ph.D.) degree in a quantitative field with a focus on data analysis (e.g. econometrics, AI, mathematics, physics, and other exact sciences).
  • 0-3 years of professional experience in the analytics domain.
  • Good knowledge of statistical concepts, accompanied by expertise with a set of analytical tools ranging from databases (e.g. SQL, BigQuery, noSQL) to programming languages (e.g. R, Python), and from data visualization (e.g. PowerBI) to machine learning and AI.
  • Understanding data engineering solutions is a plus.
  • Good knowledge of Git & Docker.
  • Professional fluency in English required with (Swiss) German as a strong plus.
