What you will do

Perform data analysis in the field of customer and product analytics, marketing analytics, and (Gen)AI solutions.
Conduct analyses in typical analytical tools ranging from SAS, SPSS, Eviews, R, Python, SQL, Teradata, Hadoop, Access, Excel, etc.
Communicate analyses via compelling presentations.
Solve problems, disaggregate issues, develop hypotheses and develop actionable recommendations from data and analysis.
Prepare and facilitating workshops.
Manage stakeholders and communicating with executives.

What you’ll bring

Bachelor or Master (or Ph.D.) degree in a quantitative field with a focus on data analysis (e.g. econometrics, AI, mathematics, physics, and other exact sciences).
0-3 years of professional experience in the analytics domain.
Good knowledge of statistical concepts, accompanied by expertise with a set of analytical tools ranging from databases (e.g. SQL, BigQuery, noSQL) to programming languages (e.g. R, Python), and from data visualization (e.g. PowerBI) to machine learning and AI.
Understanding data engineering solutions is a plus.
Good knowledge of Git & Docker.
Professional fluency in English required with (Swiss) German as a strong plus.
