What we offer

You will interact with C-level clients on a regular basis to drive their business toward impactful change under the supervision of the Project Managers and Directors.
You will contribute to creating new business solutions via data-driven insights, client interviews, market research, analytical models, etc.
You will seize opportunities at the client and at Metyis in our entrepreneurial environment, shaping and landing them to become real.

What you will do

Conduct market research, and client interviews, develop analytical models, and derive business recommendations to drive positive change in our clients.
Perform data-driven analyses in business-related projects.
Lead the preparation of meetings, workshops, and presentations to share progress with clients.
Support the development of more junior team members.

Play a pivotal role in our project teams, supporting the Manager and interacting often with Directors and Partners.

What you will bring

B.A. or M.Sc. degrees in Economics, Business, Mathematics, Engineering, or other related studies at top Schools and Universities, with an outstanding record of (academic) achievement.
2 to 5 years experience in strategic or operational consulting within the Industrial sector.
Genuine eagerness to learn from- and closely work together with other talented people.
Fluent English, Spanish, and Catalan are a must, both verbal and written.
Advanced level of PowerPoint and Excel.

Excellent social, analytical, and communication skills.
