What you will do

  • Follow up CRM monthly planning and detecting new opportunities or blockers.
  • Supporting optimisation of email and automated communication flows and advising with insights in timing, targeting and content.
  • Conducting A/B testing to improve campaign performance.
  • Monitoring campaign performance metrics (ROI, conversion rate, etc.) and providing regular reports.
  • Understanding of Google Analytics and CRM campaign tools.
  • Analytical ability to interpret data and drive decision making.
  • Good oral and written communication skills (Spanish and English).
  • Multi-tasking mindset to manage multiple projects with the ability to prioritize and manage workload.

What you will bring

  • 4+ years experience in a CRM role, with proven success in developing and implementing CRM strategies.
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related.
  • Proactive, self-starter and a team player, confident working in collaboration with various stakeholders.

  • You’ll be analytical and have a process-oriented mindset with strong attention to detail.
  • You’re used to working with CRM deployment tools, Google Analytics and Excel.
  • Strong understanding of customer behaviour and skills to interpret data insights and report back to the business.
