As a CRM Campaign Management Specialist, you will play a key role in planning, executing, and optimizing campaigns across multiple channels, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with brand guidelines. You will monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and provide actionable insights to improve results.
In addition, you will act as the Business Owner for AEM-related topics, gathering requirements, prioritising tasks, and collaborating with technical teams to drive forward new developments, functionalities, and process improvements.
You will serve as a go-to expert for AEM and Braze, supporting the team by troubleshooting operational issues and ensuring smooth execution. By providing guidance, training, and mentorship, you will foster a culture of continuous learning while staying up-to-date with platform updates and best practices.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Information Technology, or a related field.
Proven experience as a Campaign Manager or in a similar role, with hands-on expertise in Content Management and Campaigning tools (preferably AEM and Braze).
Tech-savvy mindset, with the ability to support platform-related operational issues and questions.
Experience acting as a Business Owner or managing requirements and priorities for technical teams.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to train and support colleagues.
Strong organizational skills, able to manage multiple stakeholders and projects simultaneously.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and optimize campaign performance.
Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, or other web technologies.
Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence).
Experience in the fashion, retail, or luxury goods industry is a plus.
