<strong>What you will do</strong>

  • Support the monthly CRM planning process by helping to track progress and identifying potential improvements or blockers.

  • Assist in the optimisation of email campaigns and automated communication flows, contributing ideas on timing, targeting, and content.

  • Help set up and run A/B tests to explore ways to improve campaign performance.

  • Collaborate on tracking key campaign metrics (such as ROI and conversion rates), and help prepare regular performance reports.

  • Gain exposure to tools like Google Analytics and CRM campaign platforms.

  • Learn how to interpret campaign data and contribute to team discussions on next steps and opportunities.

  • Communicate clearly and professionally in both Spanish and English.

  • Work across multiple projects at once, supporting the team in organising priorities and meeting deadlines.


What you’ll bring

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field

  • Strong interest and passion for fashion and the retail industry

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, able to collaborate effectively across teams

  • Demonstrates strong organizational skills and attention to detail

  • Eager to learn and contribute to CRM project planning and execution

  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment

  • Proactive attitude with problem-solving mindset and adaptability

  • Comfortable coordinating with different departments and external partners

  • Basic understanding or willingness to learn CRM tools and data management

  • Team player with a positive and professional approach

  • Enthusiastic about gaining hands-on experience in customer relationship management and retail marketing projects
