What you will do

  • As a Strategy Lead within the Digital Commerce team, you support day‑to‑day client interactions and contribute to building strong business relationships with a U.S.-based client. You act as a trusted partner by understanding the needs of both external and internal stakeholders and ensuring high‑quality delivery across digital initiatives and commerce channels.

  • You play a key role in executing digital commerce projects with a strong focus on channel performance and optimization. Leveraging your understanding of business processes, digital channel mechanics, and organizational dynamics, you translate strategy into actionable plans that drive measurable impact across priority channels. You help design practical solutions, uncover meaningful insights, and support change management activities that enable successful implementation.

  • You are responsible for coordinating project activities and ensuring steady progress against timelines, scope, and quality standards. This includes managing specific workstreams, overseeing day‑to‑day channel operations and enhancements, coordinating cross‑functional teams (e.g., sales, merchandising, tech, trading, marketing, analytics), and preparing regular materials for senior client discussions.

  • You contribute to shaping and delivering the data & analytics roadmap by helping define data‑enabled hypotheses related to channel growth, performance drivers, and customer behavior. You conduct analyses on client, competitor, and industry data, transforming insights into actionable recommendations that improve channel activation, conversion, and sales performance.

  • You participate in internal initiatives and capability-building efforts to strengthen the team’s expertise in digital commerce, data & analytics, channel management, and delivery excellence.

  • You actively support the development of team members by sharing best practices, offering on‑the‑job guidance, and contributing to a positive, collaborative learning environment.


What you’ll bring

  • Demonstrated expertise in Digital Commerce.

  • 8 to 10 years of consulting experience, potentially in combination with relevant industry experience, with at least 5+ years at a project management level, managing both client engagements and project teams.

  • Strong management and communication skills. The ability to bring together all stakeholders and persuade senior clients to act on the given advice.

  • Proven ability to manage client engagements, client relationships, and provide guidance to teams, owning the responsibility for the quality of the engagement.

  • Strong analytical skills and a high capacity for conceptual thinking, proven by a high level of academic achievements Ability to develop leading-edge business models, frameworks for analysis, and long-term business strategies that maximize shareholder value.

  • Genuine appetite and interest in driving the Metyis business development agenda using interpersonal and commercial skills.

  • Fluency in English.
