Support daily operations across all online shopping channels, helping ensure a smooth and efficient customer experience.
Assist the E‑commerce Analytics team and contribute to key initiatives that enable the online shop and trading teams.
Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to gather data, support analytical requests, and build aligned views of commercial performance—turning insights into clear, actionable recommendations.
Collect, review, and interpret data from dashboards and reports.
Monitor sales performance, website traffic, conversion rates, and other essential KPIs.
Review pricing updates, promotional activity, and competitor benchmarks to support pricing and trading decisions.
Learn to analyze advertising metrics—such as ROAS, impressions, and click‑through rates—to contribute to campaign optimization.
Support inventory management by checking stock levels, tracking sell‑through, and identifying products at risk of stockouts or overstock.
Prepare weekly and monthly reports summarizing online commercial performance and highlighting key insights and opportunities.
Completed degree in Business, Marketing, E‑commerce, Data Science, Economics, or a related field.
Up to 1 year of experience in e‑commerce, digital marketing, retail operations, or a similar analytical or commercial role.
Strong interest in online shopping, digital commerce, and ecommerce performance analytics.
Basic analytical skills and familiarity with spreadsheets or dashboard tools (Excel, Google Sheets, or similar).
Detail‑oriented mindset with curiosity to understand drivers of online performance.
Profound knowledge of the English language.
