Work directly with both local and global HR professionals, gaining hands-on experience in real operational and administrative HR tasks.
A dynamic environment where you will assist with core HR activities such as employee onboarding, HR data management, policy documentation, and support in executing HR processes.

Provide operational and administrative support in various HR processes, including employee onboarding, contract preparation, maintaining HR records and managing personnel files.
Assist with day-to-day HR activities, such as updating HR databases, supporting payroll administration tasks and ensuring data accuracy in HR systems.
Support HR projects both locally and globally, contributing to employee engagement initiatives, training coordination and HR reporting.
Work closely with the Global HR team to streamline processes, ensure compliance with HR policies and contribute to continuous improvement efforts.
Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's program in HR, Psychology, Business Administration or other related studies.
Work or intern experience in a professional consulting service firm (corporate is a plus).
Excellent communication (both written and oral) and analytical skills.
Genuine eagerness to learn from and closely work together with other talented people.
Self-motivated, innovative problem solver and proactive approach.
Fluency in Dutch and English.
Basic knowledge of PowerPoint and Excel.
