What you will do  

  • Support Product Owners to manage, and prioritize the product backlog with an intent to create an excellent experience for the customer.
  • Work closely with the Product Owners to ensure timely delivery of Customer Login & Registration and Master Data Management improvements.
  • Take responsibility for translating retail fashion marketing needs into tech-savvy requirements and actionable items. In the team, you work together with different stakeholders and development teams to finalize concepts and make relevant business decisions for topics in the product backlog planning for current and future sprints.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, bringing innovative ideas to life in a dynamic, international environment. Represent yourself as an expert on the product and work closely with different teams across all countries to support them with relevant business configurations and align on product features being developed.
  • Collaborate with the Analytics team on Product improvements and corresponding evaluation pre and post-implementation. Analyze the results and share them with the wider stakeholder teams.
  • Support Product owners to create, maintain and keep all product-related documents up-to-date incl. Test cases, Product presentations, JIRA tasks, meeting minutes and product portfolios.

What you’ll bring  

  • Degree in Marketing, Economics, Business Informatics or equivalent related experience.
  • Strong analytical capabilities and solution-oriented, proactive mindest.
  • Collaborative spirit.
  • Keen interest in evolving CRM & Loyalty technology trends.
  • A proactive mindset with the ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment.
  • Ideally first experiences in product management and agile methodologies.
  • You have learned to prioritize your tasks independently and you have the capability of turning complex ideas into actionable plans.
  • Strong communication skills in English.
