What you will do  

  • Support training logistics, including travel arrangements, accommodation, transfers, catering, and preparation of materials for participants and trainers.
  • Provide assistance in effective communication with stakeholders, trainers, and participants, ensuring a smooth flow of information.
  • Help maintaining and updating global reports and dashboards, tracking learning programs, attendance, and feedback.
  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to the team, trainers, and participants throughout all stages of training sessions—before, during, and after.

What you’ll bring  

  • Academic background in Management, Human Resources, or related fields.
  • Proficiency in management tools and software, including MS Office and Excel.
  • Fluent in English, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Comfortable and adept at navigating various systems.
  • Sense of responsibility, with a focus on problem-solving and collaborative work.
  • Highly organized with keen attention to detail.
  • A team-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to work effectively with individuals from diverse cultures and backgrounds.
