The Marketplace Catalogue and Operations Specialist is responsible for creating, curating, and optimizing the global catalogue to support the brand commercial and marketing goals. They collaborate with stakeholders, monitor content performance, and continuously strive to enhance the organization's online presence and audience engagement through compelling and relevant content.
Enhance brand presence by creating and maintaining high-quality product listings on the marketplace platforms following the collection launches timelines. Daily use of Tradebyte and our PIM to manage catalogues updates.
Format and structure product content to ensure it meets the marketplace's guidelines and enhances the user experience.
Write clear, compelling, and accurate product titles, descriptions, and bullet points, using relevant keywords to improve search visibility and click-through rates.
Regularly update and monitor product information, pricing (full price, sales price, launches, etc), and availability to reflect accurate and up-to-date details.
Manage product images and ensure they meet marketplace standards in terms of size, quality, and content guidelines.
Create and manage the company eshop in each marketplace to optimize customer engagement and maximize conversion.
Identify trends and opportunities to optimize listings and improve overall sales performance by analysing competitors and platforms.
Communicate with cross-functional teams, such as commercial, BI and operations, to align content strategies with overall business goals.
Minimum of 2-3 years of working experience in E-Commerce, ideally in Marketplace environment.
Completed a relevant degree in eCommerce, Digital media, Computer Science/Engineering or Economics.
A deep passion for E-Commerce and a thorough understanding of eCommerce websites and business models.
Experience in working with fashion marketplaces and integrators is a plus, namely Zalando and Tradebyte platforms.
Ability to prioritize topics independently.
Proficiency in Excel.
Exceptional attention to detail and highly organized.

Ability to work in the English language with strong written and oral communication skills.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to deliver insights that drive solutions and strategies.
Proven ability to collaborate broadly with flexible, positive attitude and ability to get results.
Strong problem-solving skills. Capacity to use critical thinking and consider all the information that is provided to resolve issues that may arise.
SAP/ previous experience working with PIM´s/Open Office: Excel. Power Point/ Asana.
Fluency in other (European) languages besides English, such as French, Spanish, or German is a plus.
Experience within the retail and fashion industry.
Experience within international environments, consultancies, or a start-up environment.
