The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing strategic plans to drive targeted traffic and increase revenue through search engine advertising (Google Ads) and paid social (Meta).
The Performance Marketing specialist (SEA, Paid Social) will be responsible for managing budgets, analyzing performance data, and collaborating with the marketing team to identify new opportunities to expand our presence in existing and new markets.
On your day-to-day, you will:
Develop and implement paid search (Google) and paid social (Meta – Facebook, Instagram) marketing plans and budgets.
Conduct keyword research and manage ad copy.
Optimize search ads, keywords, and bids to improve ROI.
Analyze campaign performance data to provide actionable insights and business recommendations.
Present share strategy, learnings, and recommendations to senior leadership & the Performance Marketing Team.
Identify new innovative ways to expand in new channels and existing channels in new markets.
Generate insights on performance and share learnings and improvements with the wider team.
Keen eye for improvements on how marketing, and social media, can contribute to our revenue growth and showing confidence to experiment with new ideas that can help us attract, engage, and retain customers.
Manage relationships with search engine partners and vendors.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.
Provide regular reporting on campaign performance and KPIs.
First Expertise in Google Ads, Meta and other relevant platforms.
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
Ability to multitask and work under tight deadlines.
Team Player with strong communication and collaboration skills.
Proficiency and expertise in Google Analytics and LookerStudio.
Certifications in Google Ads/Meta or other relevant platforms are a plus.
Communicate to the senior executive levels.
