What you will do

Training, mentoring, and supporting the organization to follow agile values, principles, and practices.
Create an environment of collaboration within the teams that allows for an open dialogue and productive solutions;
Proactive in identifying and mitigating issues, risks, and dependencies.
Collaborate with the Product Owner to refine and prioritize the backlog, roadmaps, and reporting;
Coaching the team members and ensuring that events and meetings take place, are productive, and are kept within the timebox;
Monitoring progress and performance and helping teams with continuous improvement.
Ensuring the proper use of collaborative processes and removing impediments for the team.
Facilitate stakeholder collaboration as requested or needed;

What you will bring 

Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a relevant field preferred.
Certified scrum master (CSM, PSM).
3+ years of experience as a scrum master or in a similar role.
Experience with Microsoft Azure DevOps or Atlassian Jira tools
Working knowledge of agile methodology, techniques, and frameworks, such as Scrum or Kanban, to deliver solutions.
Leadership and management experience.
Excellent people and project management skills.
Strong communication and presentation skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Deep understanding of agile and continuous improvement.
