The Senior HR advisor for Adaptify will report directly to the Adaptfy CEO but will have close interaction and collaboration with the Global HR Lead of our joint venture partner - Metyis.
In this role you will be responsible for setting up HR for Adaptfy. This is a new role within our growing and enthusiastic team. Adaptfy shares an office with our partner Metyis in Amsterdam where we work together with circa 200 colleagues.
With our growth within Adaptfy, the HR function is critical to our sustainable success. Whilst many things are already developed and implemented by Metyis, there is still a lot for you to do. In this role, you will have the opportunity to make your mark and to have a far-reaching impact.
