What you will do

As a Talent Sourcer at Metyis, you will play a crucial role in identifying and attracting top-tier talent to join our organization. Your expertise in sourcing strategies, candidate engagement, and market research will be vital in ensuring the continued growth and success of our team. In your new role, you will:

  • Source candidates using multiple channels and build long-term talent pipelines.

  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform strategies.

  • Engage candidates and ensure a positive experience throughout the process.

  • Partner with hiring managers and recruiters to align on needs and priorities.

  • Track and share insights to improve sourcing processes and tools.


What you will bring

  • Strong alignment with Metyis’ values and passion for talent.

  • Experience in Talent Intelligence, People Analytics, or Talent Acquisition.

  • Solid understanding of the talent life cycle and sourcing techniques.

  • Analytical mindset, with the ability to interpret and present insights.

  • Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS tools, Excel, and PowerPoint.

  • Strong communication skills in English (other languages a plus).

  • Ability to adapt, prioritize, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
